Fit By Deb is focused on providing the highest quality personal fitness training services and cutting-edge Pilates classes in the industry today. My goal is to use my fitness training experience and the Pilates Method to create balance in the body through strength, endurance, and flexibility.
 
 
 
Pilates is named after its creator, Joseph Pilates, and is a method of exercise that focuses on the core muscles (abdominals and back). Pilates' philosophy was to train and condition the body from the inside out. His method balances the use of the large, superficial muscles with the deep, small endurance muscles that are responsible for maintaining a strong core. Joseph Pilates believed that his method could improve posture, create strength without bulk, and improve the the alignment of the spine.
 
 
Pilates exercises provide a total body workout. With an emphasis on breathing, core stability, and mind/body awareness, the Pilates Method is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen, and tone your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery and prevention, sports performance, good posture, and optimal health.  Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease!
